Tara Stevens is a professional dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusion in various sectors. Currently serving as a Venture Scout at OpenScout since October 2022, Tara aids intersectional female founders in navigating their investment journeys. As Co-Founder and Director of Warrior Group since December 2021, Tara emphasizes the importance of diverse thought in creating a just and sustainable society while engaging with notable companies like Amazon. In addition, Tara acts as an Investor at Ellevest and leads the global community strategy for WIN: Women in Innovation, aiming to close the gender gap in innovation. Previously, Tara held multiple roles at Just Group plc, including Head of Growth and Innovation and served as the Head of Innovation and Innovation Partner. Tara's career also includes positions at ?What If! Innovation Partners and Fahrenheit 212, along with early experiences at Red Bull and Partners and Napier. A graduate of Syracuse University with a BFA in Communications Design, Tara Stevens continues to advocate for women's advancement and inclusive practices in leadership and innovation.
