Timothy Feely

Timothy Feely has over 20 years of legal experience in the corporate and financial services industries. Timothy began their career in 1997 as an Attorney at Carr Morris & Graeff, PC, where they negotiated and drafted M&A transaction and venture capital investment documents, strategic partnerships, alliances, and reseller agreements. In 2004, they became General Counsel at Carmen Group Incorporated, where they were responsible for managing all legal aspects of the company's operations and oversaw federal and state lobbying disclosure and foreign agent compliance. From 2007 to 2018, they were General Counsel at Oberthur Technologies SA (now known as Idemia), where they were a direct report to the CEO and Managing Director for the Americas and was responsible for all legal aspects of the company's operations in the United States, Canada, and Latin America. In 2018, they joined ellipse Inc. as General Counsel, where they are responsible for managing the global legal affairs of the Company.

Timothy Feely holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Mary Washington and a Juris Doctor from the Catholic University School of Law.
