David Cook

David Cook is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Ellipses Pharma since January 2017, David has previously held the position of Non-Executive Chairman at Alliance Pharmaceuticals Limited, where responsibilities included chairing various committees focused on audit, risk, nominations, and ESG. Other notable positions include Chief Financial Officer at Biotie Therapies Corp. and EUSA Pharma, as well as Group Financial Controller/Acting CFO at Zeneus Pharma. David began their career at PwC, ascending to Senior Manager before transitioning to the pharmaceutical sector.
