With over 20 years of management history and 3.7 billion euros in assets under management (as of 28/03/2024), ELLIPSIS AM is an asset management company specializing in European and global convertible bonds, credit including high yield, and listed derivatives. The group focuses its expertise on high value-added asset classes through three specialized management divisions:

* The Convertibles & Credit Division brings together our historical and proven management expertise.
* The Alternative & Overlay Solutions Division has been developing dedicated expertise in equity portfolio hedging and risk allocation solutions since 2008.
* The Fund Solutions Division strengthens the Kepler Cheuvreux Group's investment offering by developing structured funds for institutional investors and corporates.
 
As a signatory of the Principles for Responsible Investment (UN PRI), Ellipsis AM incorporates an ESG approach within its discretionary management (excluding optional overlay mandates).

The entire product offering based on active conviction management is classified as "Article 8" according to SFDR regulation. With nearly 25 employees, ELLIPSIS AM has been a subsidiary of Kepler Cheuvreux since 2022.
