Stephen Hazleton has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2006, they worked as a Retail Store Manager at Computer Centre, where they oversaw day-to-day operations, managed customer complaints, and maintained the company's website. From 2008 to 2009, they served as a Document Controller at Balfour Beatty Rail.

In 2010, Hazleton joined OpenBet as a Software Engineer and later became a Senior Software Engineer. Stephen then transitioned to the role of Senior Problem Analyst, where they acquired valuable skills in troubleshooting and documentation. Eventually, they became a Technical Lead, responsible for managing HR issues and client expectations.

Starting in 2015, Hazleton worked as a Principle Full Stack Engineer at Wherewolf, a startup in New Zealand. Stephen played a crucial role in designing and building their flagship SAAS product, contributing to the company's rapid growth in the adventure tourism industry.

In 2016, Hazleton took on the role of Coding Coach and Mentor at Sydney Programming School (Code4Fun), where they taught coding classes and developed effective communication and patience skills.

Since 2018, Hazleton has been employed at Elliptic, initially as a Full Stack Engineer and later progressing to Engineering Manager. Stephen'sresponsibilities increased further when they became the Head of Engineering for Infrastructure and Cloud Apps. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Engineering, Infrastructure, leading the company's infrastructure development projects.
