Elliscombe House provides person-centred residential, nursing and respite care for up to 35 elderly individuals.   We have all the comforts of home combined with the luxuries of a hotel, with qualified staff available at all times to respond to individual needs.  

Situated in the South East of Somerset, almost on the borders of Dorset and Wiltshire, Elliscombe House is central to Wincanton, Bruton and Castle Cary. Built in 1901, this elegant Edwardian house has been lovingly restored to offer an uplifting, safe place to enjoy life.

Whether a resident’s stay with us is just a two-week break or a permanent residency, everyone living in our home will be treated with the utmost dignity, compassion and respect. Whilst adhering to Public Health England guidelines, we offer safe visiting facilities; allowing extended family and friends to stay connected face-to-face with loved ones.
