Stephen R. Tokarz is an accomplished executive with a diverse background in leadership and operational roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Board Member for Volunteers in Medicine San Diego and Chief Executive Officer of KaizenLoop, Stephen Tokarz focuses on improving communication and compliance for deskless workforces. Additional positions include being an Investor in Aloha Hemp, an Advisory Board Member for Advanced Remote Monitoring LLC, and Chief People Officer at Ellit Groups. Stephen Tokarz co-founded Pine Cashmere and held various senior roles at The HCI Group and NYC Health + Hospitals. Previous experience includes owning Willow Post, a post-production company, and serving as a Partner at Expert Technical Advisors. Academic achievements include degrees from Northwestern University and the University of Copenhagen.
