Most VA services place fast and move on. We don't.

Ellivia connects growing businesses with highly vetted virtual assistants from the Philippines — matched carefully for skills, working style, and genuine fit with how your business operates. Then we stay involved after the hire, because a great working relationship doesn't happen by accident.

We were built by a founder who's spent years scaling businesses with offshore talent. That experience taught us one thing most VA services ignore: the placement is only the beginning. What happens after — the onboarding, the accountability, the relationship — is where things actually succeed or fall apart.

What we offer:

→ Core — Reliable execution on defined, repeatable work: admin, scheduling, inbox triage, research, CRM upkeep
→ Pro — Proven experience in your specific role, applying judgment to loosely defined tasks without heavy direction
→ Executive — Senior-level ownership and autonomy, capable of owning an entire function end-to-end

Every engagement is 40 hours per week, with the same rigorous matching and onboarding process — the difference is the caliber of person we place and how much they can run with on their own.

What your VA can handle:
Admin & scheduling · Inbox management · Customer support · Research & reporting · Bookkeeping · Social media · Project management · Sales admin · Recruiting support · and more.

What makes us different:
We don't disappear after placement. We stay involved — checking in, addressing issues early, and making sure the relationship works long-term. Your VA is an extension of your team, not a transaction.

Not sure where to start? That's what the discovery call is for.
