Geoff Golda is a software engineer with extensive experience in developing innovative technology solutions. Currently at Ello since November 2024, Geoff is focused on building a personalized AI tutor for children. Previously, as the Lead Software Engineer at Honeycomb from April 2021 to December 2024, Geoff contributed to creating a social app aimed at helping families preserve memories. As the Founder of Pocket Law from September 2016 to January 2022, Geoff developed over 20 Canadian law applications and received an acquisition offer from a major legal publisher. Additionally, Geoff worked as one of the first Code Reviewers at Udacity from September 2016 to March 2019, playing a key role in the program's expansion. Early career experience includes a research assistant position at the University of Alberta in VR and HCI from September 2011 to January 2012. Geoff holds a Juris Doctor from The University of British Columbia and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Alberta.
