Peter Poer

Peter Poer is currently the VP of People at Ello, where they focus on startup operations. Previously, they served as the Chief of Staff at Ziplines Education and held various leadership roles at Magoosh, including VP of Operations and Content Team Lead. With an MBA from UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, Peter has extensive experience in educational settings, including roles with Teach for America and Friendship Public Charter School. Their strategic expertise was further honed at Seismic, where they led operations for a successful agency.
