Tyson Dickert

Tyson Dickert is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems administration and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Administrator and previously as a Senior Technical Support Specialist at Ellucian since August 2019, Tyson has a strong background in managing and deploying technology solutions. Prior experience includes over 12 years at Washtenaw Community College, where Tyson held roles such as Lead Technology Systems Integrator, System Engineer, and IT Support Specialist, focusing on technology integration to support academic and administrative initiatives. Tyson's military background includes service as a Supply Management Craftsman in both the US Air Force and the US Air Force Reserve. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Project Management from Eastern Michigan University, along with two Associate of Science degrees in Computer Systems Networking and Web Design from Washtenaw Community College.
