Lead E-Learning Developer |Team Lead (Contracted to JMLFDC) at Ellumen

Gary Penz has worked in the e-learning development field since 1993. From 1993 to 2009, they worked for EDS, an HP company, as a Graphic Designer, Web Designer, E-Learning Developer, and Technical Illustrator. During this time, they pioneered strategies in brand development and continuity, developed online media, and served as the UI Designer and Training Specialist for the Vehicle Content Pricing System project on the General Motors account.

From 2009 to 2011, they worked for Hewlett-Packard System Services as a Lead E-Learning Developer contracted to JMLFDC. During this time, they monitored the e-learning inbox, oversaw two separate training resources, and displayed project management skills and best practices.

From 2011 to 2015, they worked for CACI International Inc. as a Creative Specialist, Web Developer, Training Specialist, and Training Developer. During this time, they led the development of e-learning programming, employed strong interpersonal communication skills, and designed and maintained two web-based resource centers.

Finally, from 2015 to present, they have worked for Ellumen, Inc. as a Lead E-Learning Developer and Team Lead contracted to JMLFDC. During this time, they have facilitated e-learning development, collected and organized relevant documentation, and conducted regular team meetings with senior service representatives.

Gary Penz attended Austin College for CAD Design, Schoolcraft College for an Associate of Arts - AA in Commercial Graphic Art & Computer Graphic Design, Macomb Community College for a Technical Illustration & Photography Certification, and Walt Disney Institute for an Animation Workshop. Additionally, they obtained a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance.
