Jayun Patel

Jayun Patel has a diverse work experience in the field of DevOps engineering. They began their career as a Machine Operator and Developer at UAB Makerspace in 2016. They then moved on to work as a Teaching Assistant, Research Intern, and Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Alabama at Birmingham from 2017 to 2019. In 2019, they joined BBVA in the USA as a DevOps Engineer. They later worked as a DevOps Engineer at Persistent Technology, Inc. from 2021 to 2022. Subsequently, they worked as a Systems Development Engineer at Amazon Web Services (AWS) from 2022 to 2023. Currently, Jayun Patel holds the position of Senior DevOps Engineer at Ellumen, Inc. starting from 2023.

Jayun Patel completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from the University of Alabama at Birmingham from 2014 to 2017. They then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from the same university from 2018 to 2019. In addition to their formal education, Jayun Patel also obtained a certification as an AWS Certified Solutions Architect from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in January 2020.
