Mike Li has worked in various roles in the technology sector since 2011. Mike began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Micro Center in 2011. In 2012, they moved to Geek Squad as an Advance Repair Agent, where they provided diagnostic services, identified solutions, and performed repairs on PC and Mac computers and other electronic devices. In 2013, they joined ADG TECH CONSULTING as a Junior Website Support/Customer Support, where they determined and analyzed user interface problems and oriented users on new or changed procedures. In 2014, they worked at both Leidos as an AHLTA Tier 3 Support and Halfaker and Associates, LLC as a Desktop Support Engineer. Since 2016, they have been a Senior Corporate System Administrator at Ellumen, Inc.
Mike Li attended Stonewall Jackson High School from 2006 to 2009, where they earned a Standard Diploma. Mike then attended George Mason University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Information Technology.
