Steve Denney has worked in various positions since 2007. Steve began as a Project Manager for NCI Information Systems, Inc. in 2007. In 2012, they moved to Ellumen, Inc. as a Project Manager, where they provided project management of telephony metrics analysis, process improvement and call center training. Steve also served as an instructor at Air Force access improvement seminars and assisted Air Force group practice managers understand call center metrics and how to use the metrics in improving call center agent performance. In 2015, they joined Windwalker Corporation as an AFMSA Access to Care Consultant, where they provided Call Center Access to Care Telephony process improvement initiatives, metrics analysis, management and agent training and manning analyses using Erlang C models. Steve also evaluated enterprise wide policies and procedures affecting Call Center management and call center performance. In 2019, they retired.
Steve Denney obtained a BS in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point between 1957 and 1961. Steve then went on to complete a Master of Science in Operations Research from the Naval Postgraduate School between 1968 and 1970.
