Seva Ustin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. In 2002, Seva began their career as a Software Engineer at Newtex, where they worked until 2004. In 2004, they co-founded ITA Digital Agency and served as Managing Partner until December 2020. In January 2021, Seva took on the role of Chief Ecosystem Officer at ITA Digital Agency. In 2019, Seva founded Elly Analytics and currently holds the position of Founder & CEO. Additionally, in 2021, Seva became a Co-leader of the Startup Leadership Program.
Seva Ustin completed their high school education from 2000 to 2003 at the Lyceum of Information Technologies (LIT) 1533, specializing in Computer Science. Seva then went on to pursue an Engineer's Degree in Computer Science from Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) from 2003 to 2009.
