ELM Alliance is a Primary Care Federation, owned by the GP Practices in Middlesbrough, Redcar and Cleveland (formerly Eston & Langbaurgh). Consultants, GPs, Nurses, Healthcare Assistants and support staff from many different GP practices and the local hospitals come and work together to ensure that safe and effective care is delivered to the patients.

ELM Alliance delivers; GP Practice services post 6pm and at weekends, Urgent Out of Hours services, community services and directly to and within Care Homes to ensure that the right care is undertaken in the right place.
