Jerico Espinas

Jerico Espinas currently serves as Counsel and Chief of Staff at ELM Developments, leveraging a strong legal and management background acquired through previous roles, including Director and Counsel of Legal, Research and Evaluation at Blue Door. At Blue Door, Jerico was instrumental in establishing a new department focused on legal compliance and strategic evaluation, developing control systems for policy adherence, and enhancing organizational governance. Jerico's expertise also extends to creating evaluation frameworks and collaborating with external partners for effective program assessment and advocacy for systemic change. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Law from Osgoode Hall Law School, an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and Bioethics from the University of Toronto.
