Annie Chua

Annie Chua has been working in the creative industry since 2013. Annie began their career as a Freelance Video Editor, Motion Graphics Animator, and Illustrator, developing content for individuals, companies, and institutions. Her work on the 2017 film "Ang Mga Turo ng Gabi" by Christian Villanueva was featured in local and international film festivals and won a number of awards. In 2016, they joined Kalaro Games - Synergy88 Digital Inc. as a Video Editor and Motion Graphics Artist. In 2020, they began working for ELM Learning as an Animator, simpleshow asia as a Freelance Motion Animator, and Grid Synergy Pte Ltd as Creative Team Lead. In 2021, they joined Kumu as an Illustrator/ Motion Designer.

Annie Chua attended MAGES Institute from 2019 to 2020, where they obtained a Diploma in 3D Animation with a focus in Animation, Interactive Technology, Video Graphics and Special Effects. Annie also attended De La Salle - College of St Benilde from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Digital Filmmaking.
