Elissa Harrell has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Elissa began their career as an Account Executive at OnlineOfficeSupplies.com in 1999. Elissa later worked as a Sales Rep and National Sales Trainer at Forest Pharmaceuticals, where they created sales training programs and coached sales representatives.

In 2004, they joined 3M as the Manager of Global Leadership and Organization Development. In this role, they designed and managed leadership development programs for the global sales team and created a training roadmap for sales and clinical sales teams.

Afterwards, they took a break from their career to raise their children before rejoining Harrell, Incorporated in 2008. At Harrell, Inc., they held various roles, including Inside Sales Manager at Initial Call and Business Development Representative at Oracle (formerly Taleo).

Elissa then moved on to Coveo, where they worked as a Business Development Representative and later became the Manager of Sales Development. During their time at Coveo, they split the sales development function into inbound and outbound channels, redesigned compensation plans, and led a global team of sales development representatives.

In 2015, Elissa joined QUEsocial as a Sales Development Director, where they built the Sales Development function from scratch until the company was acquired. Elissa then worked at Harrell, Incorporated again as a Contract Sales Teams member, outsourcing roles such as SDR, BDR, and ISR.

Most recently, in 2023, they joined ELM Learning as a Learning Experience Design BDR, where they help create intuitive and meaningful learning experiences, inspiring a culture of continuous learning within leading businesses.

Elissa Harrell received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from California State University, Fresno. Elissa attended the university from 1996 to 1998.
