Stefan Mathys is a senior leader with over 25 years of experience in the medical device industry. Currently serving as the Managing Director for Elma Electronic DACH, they oversee the design and manufacture of rugged electronic solutions. Previously, Stefan held key roles at Johnson & Johnson, where they directed new technologies and business development efforts, and they served as CEO at BBC Cellpack Technology, guiding the company through significant integrations and expansions. Stefan earned a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from ETH Zürich, further solidifying their expertise in the field.
