ELMANN srl, was established in 1981 as a mold design and construction company for the automotive industry. From advanced moldmaker offering co-design, the company is moving.  towards an evolving co-engineering approach to support product development, where style and equipment simultaneously share expertise, starting from the compatibility of material and components technical process windows to be used in composite solutions and pursue process synthesis.
 
A new player is taking shape, structured as a "short supply chain" laboratory, a competence center capable of bringing as many activities as possible into the co-molding tooling cycle within a single technological framework.
 
In 2022, this evolutionary path was shared with Mr. Paul di Giovanni, founder and owner of Integrity Tool & Mold Inc., with plants in Canada, USA, and Mexico.
 
The synergy stems from a long-standing mutual esteem between Mr. Almerino Canuto and Mr. Paul Di Giovanni, with the shared goal of establishing a competence center within the group, envisioning a guided and achievable development perspective by shaping a new player and anticipating ongoing initiatives such as the Academy and the Virtual Coach to track a forecast of an industrial project based on a “need-anticipation” model.
 
The laboratory and center of expertise in "plastronics" combine expertise and in-house equipment, synthesizing processes.
Product development, styling, and equipment work simultaneously, starting with material compatibility and developing composite solutions based on a short supply chain approach, aligned with the best principles of Industry 4.0.
