Elmec Energy is a London-based mechanical services contractor specialising in Residential and commercial fitouts, plantroom replacement, system retrofit and building decarbonisation within live environments.
With over 20 years industry experience, we have built our reputation on delivering technically demanding mechanical and full MEP packages safely, professionally and with minimal disruption to occupied buildings.
Our core focus includes:
• Gas plant replacement and low-carbon system upgrades
• Heat pump and hybrid system integration
• Chiller and boiler house refurbishment and replacement
• Major pipework replacement and system reconfiguration
• Large shell & core packages
• Full MEP packages across offices, residential and commercial estates
Operating with our own directly employed engineers and an offsite prefabrication facility, we maintain greater control over quality, programme certainty and cost performance.
As the industry transitions towards Net Zero, asset owners and developers face increasing pressure to reduce carbon without compromising operational continuity. Elmec Energy positions itself as a delivery partner that understands both the engineering complexity and the commercial risk involved in decarbonising live buildings.
We specialise in projects where sequencing, compliance, coordination and programme management are critical to success.
Our vision is to support clients, asset owners and main contractors in transitioning away from ageing gas infrastructure towards robust, efficient and future-ready mechanical systems that perform long-term.
Structured. Accountable. Delivery-focused.
