Lee Phipps

Lee Phipps is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and superintendent roles. Currently serving as Project Superintendent at Elmington since May 2021, Lee previously held the position of Construction Manager at PinPoint Commercial from December 2017 to April 2021. Lee holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Building Construction Technology from Austin Community College, earned between June 2015 and December 2017.
