Ronic (林)

Ronic (林) has extensive experience in the sales and engineering field, with a focus on industrial automation.

Ronic began their career in 2000 as a Technical Support Executive at Cardos Automation System Sdn.Bhd., where they provided technical support to customers. After a year, they moved on to Aims Motion Sdn. Bhd. as a Technical Support Engineer, gaining expertise in motion control systems and providing support to OEMs, Siers, and end users.

In 2008, Ronic joined Omron Electronics Sdn. Bhd. as a Senior Application Engineer, where they worked until 2010. During this time, they specialized in FA products development, technical support, and consultancy for machine control automation, system configuration, and programming.

From 2010 to 2014, Ronic worked as a Field Service Engineer at Crest Systems (M) Sdn. Bhd. Ronic was responsible for on-site installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs of eSEM/SEM tools, primarily at the Seagate Penang site.

In 2014, Ronic returned to Omron Electronics Sdn Bhd, taking on roles as a Senior Industrial Sales Engineer and later as a Senior Application Engineer. In these positions, they managed account sales activities, developed strategic sales plans, and provided sales support. Ronic specialized in FA products, understood competitor movement, identified customer needs, and collaborated with sales teams to promote company products.

Most recently, Ronic joined Elmo Motion Control in 2023 as a Sales Engineer Manager, where they are responsible for managing sales and leading the sales engineering team.

Ronic attended Tunku Abdul Rahman University College (TARC) from 1997 to 2003, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
