Grace Reyes

Grace Reyes is an experienced professional in implementation and customer service, currently serving as the Implementation Team Manager at ELMO Software since September 2022, after previously holding the role of Implementation Consultant. Prior to this, Grace worked at SAP Concur for five years as an Implementation Consultant. Grace's early career includes a position as Contact Center Team Lead at Coca-Cola FEMSA Philippines and as a Senior Customer Service Specialist at Dell International Services. Grace holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Miriam College, earned between 1997 and 2001.
