Paula Lizardo

Paula Lizardo currently serves as Team Lead of Strategic Account Management at ELMO Software since July 2025. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Avature from September 2016 to July 2025, where Paula managed the Account Management team for the APAC region, overseeing relationships with over 40 key clients and driving customer success while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Previously, Paula held various roles in international operations and account management across multiple companies including Thermaltake Technology and PepsiCo, and developed a strong foundation in customer service and strategic relationship management. Paula holds an MBA from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and additional certifications in Agile Project Management and Python programming, showcasing a commitment to continuous professional development.
