Rod Richmond has an extensive work experience spanning a number of industries. In 2021, they became the Chief Marketing Officer of elmo - EV subscriptions. In 2020, they worked as a Consultant CMO, working with a variety of startups across various industries on all aspects of their marketing strategy and performing full scale marketing due diligence for UK and US VC firms. Rod also designed and delivered a 6-week comprehensive course covering all aspects of digital marketing for 250 undergraduate students from AMOS Sports Business School campuses across France. From 2012-2020, they were the Founder & Head of Strategy at Clean Digital, a specialist paid advertising agency, where they were responsible for all commercial aspects of the business. In 2012, they worked as a Freelance Web Design and Development Strategist, and in 2010, they worked as a Digital Account Manager at Bigmouthmedia. In 2009, they were a Night Manager at Hotel Missoni.

Rod Richmond attended the University of Edinburgh Business School from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies.
