Alejandro González has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Alejandro began their career as a Computer Repair Technician at Intermec by Honeywell in 2000 and later transitioned into the role of Technical Support. In 2005, they became a System Consultant at the same company. Alejandro then joined Honeywell in 2005 as a Solutions Architect, where they collaborated with the commercial and engineering teams to identify customer needs and develop software/hardware solutions. In 2015, they took on the role of Sales Business Development, working closely with customers to enhance their processes and achieve successful outcomes. In 2018, Alejandro became a Presales Manager and Solutions Architect Manager at Honeywell. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Elo Touch Solutions as a Channel Account Executive for Mexico and Latin America.

Alejandro González completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician from Universidad del Valle de México between 1990 and 1995. In 2018, they pursued a short-term course in Project Management from Honeywell, specializing in the field of Business. Alejandro later obtained a certification in RFID from Honeywell University in 2019. Additionally, in the same year, Alejandro attended another program at Honeywell University as a Software Consultant.
