Kevin Lamarca

Kevin LaMarca has work experience as an Android Developer in two different companies. Kevin worked at PAYARC from June 2022 to June 2023, where they developed native Android point of sale (POS) systems and online-ordering platforms for food service businesses. Kevin utilized Kotlin, Java, the MVVM framework, and JetPack to create clean and extensible application architecture. Kevin also interfaced with RESTful APIs and 3rd party systems including Pushy push notification and Glide. Currently, they are working at Elo Touch Solutions as an Android Developer - Payments starting from June 2023.

Kevin LaMarca earned a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communications from Baruch College, where they attended from 2016 to 2021. In 2023 and 2024, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering at Western Governors University. Kevin also obtained the certification of Advanced Software Development with Java from Code Fellows in April 2022, and achieved advanced fluency in the Italian language through the CELI 4 certification from Università per Stranieri di Perugia in August 2020. Additionally, they hold a Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults (CELTA) from Cambridge Assessment English, without specific information about the date of acquisition.
