Peter Hogan

Peter Hogan has a diverse and extensive work experience in various legal roles. Peter is currently working as a Corporate Counsel at Elo Touch Solutions since July 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Compliance Manager at Populus Financial Group from August 2020 to July 2022. Peter also worked as a Corporate Counsel at Dickey's Barbecue Restaurants, Inc. from January 2019 to February 2020.

Before transitioning into the corporate sector, Peter gained valuable experience in law firms. Peter worked as an Associate Attorney at Chamblee Ryan, P.C. from July 2018 to January 2019, and as an Attorney at McClure Law Group from July 2017 to July 2018. In addition, Peter worked as a Tax Associate at Grant Thornton LLP from September 2016 to July 2017.

During their education, Peter interned at Ballengee Group, where they gained valuable industry exposure from September 2015 to December 2015. Peter also interned at the Internal Revenue Service as an APMA Intern, actively representing the U.S. on tax-related issues from June 2015 to August 2015. Furthermore, Peter served as an Intern at The Law Offices of Frank L. Branson, where they conducted legal research and provided written memorandums to firm partners from May 2015 to June 2015.

Throughout their career, Peter Hogan has demonstrated expertise in compliance management, corporate law, litigation, tax law, and legal research.

Peter Hogan attended Baylor University School of Law from 2014 to 2016 and earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree. Prior to that, they studied at The University of Texas at Austin from 2009 to 2012 and achieved a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics and Linguistics.
