Aino Antin

Aino Antin serves as the Lead Development Manager for Work Capability Services at Elo since March 2024, previously holding the position of Development Manager in the same area. Prior to Elo, Aino worked at Varma from January 2022 to January 2024 as Team Lead for Work Capability Services, focusing on leadership, disability risk prevention, and service effectiveness. Aino’s experience also includes a tenure at Ilmarinen as Team Lead and Manager in Wellbeing at Work, emphasizing coaching and consultancy in work capability management and wellbeing from August 2016 to December 2021. Aino's earlier roles include Manager of Competence Development at Markkinointi-instituutti and HRD-specialist at Suomen Terveystalo, alongside a position as Training Manager at Eduhouse Oy. Aino earned a Master’s Degree from the University of Jyväskylä between 2001 and 2007, following a high school education at Mikkelin Yhteiskoulu.
