Anna Varpula

Anna Varpula is currently the Director of Responsible Investment at Elo, a position held since October 2021. Prior to this role, Anna served as a Responsible Investment Specialist at Säästöpankkiryhmä from February 2019 to October 2021 and worked as a Responsible Investment Adviser at Valtion Eläkerahasto - The State Pension Fund of Finland from August 2014 to February 2019. Earlier experience includes roles as an Operations and Risk Analyst at BTG Pactual and an Operations Analyst at Nordea Asset Management, as well as customer service at Nordea. Anna Varpula holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Agrieconomics from the University of Helsinki and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Financial Management from The International University, London Centre.
