Laura Alalauri

Laura Alalauri currently serves as Development Manager at Elo since May 2024. Previously, Laura held the position of HR Manager for Wellbeing & Work Ability at Are Oy from January 2018 to May 2024, focusing on coaching and developing wellbeing models and collaborating with a range of stakeholders, including management and external partners. Prior experience includes working as an HR Planner at Palmia Oy from June 2015 to January 2018, where Laura remodeled and managed wellbeing processes in a multicultural setting, and as a Recruiter at Helsingin kaupungin Palvelut Oy from January 2012 to May 2015, overseeing recruitment processes and employer branding. Laura began the career as a Recruitment Assistant at Palmia, City of Helsinki in 2011. Education includes a Master of Social Sciences in Social Psychology from the University of Eastern Finland.
