Markus P.

Markus P. is an experienced Portfolio Manager with a focus on infrastructure investments at Elo since January 2014. Responsibilities include managing global tactical asset allocation trades, balance sheet hedging with equity index derivatives, and overseeing systematic strategies, particularly in equity derivatives and alternative beta strategies. Prior to Elo, Markus P. worked at Tapiola from January 2009 to December 2013, managing investments for the alternative investments desk and conducting risk-return analyses as an Analyst. Earlier roles include a Thesis Worker at Kemira in chemical engineering and a Shift Supervisor at UPM-Kymmene. Markus P. holds master's degrees in Economics from the Turku School of Economics and in Chemical Engineering from Åbo Akademi University, along with training from ARPM Bootcamp and the Swiss Finance Institute.
