Minna Helle serves as the CEO of Teknologiateollisuus - Technology Industries of Finland since June 2018, previously holding the roles of Deputy CEO and Executive Director for Labour Market, SMEs and Entrepreneurship & Regional Services. In addition to this position, Minna Helle is a Board Member at Orgalim since November 2024 and serves as the Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors for Elo since January 2019. Minna Helle has also held board positions with Työllisyysrahasto and Eläketurvakeskus, and was the National Conciliator at the National Conciliator's Office from January 2015 to May 2018, focusing on mediation in labour disputes. Other roles include Chair of the Työttömyysturvan muutoksenhakulautakunta and Director of Negotiations and Social Policy at the Finnish Confederation of Professionals STTK.
