Satu Kilponen

Satu Kilponen currently serves as the Head of Financial Control at Elo, a position held since October 2022. With extensive experience in the financial sector, Satu previously worked as the Head of Financial Reporting at Elo Mutual Pension Insurance Company from January 2014 to January 2023 and as a controller at LähiTapiola Eläkeyhtiö from November 2008 to December 2013. The career began as a mathematician at Tapiola, where Satu worked from January 1995 to November 2008. Satu Kilponen holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Mathematics from Helsingin yliopisto, completed between 1989 and 1994.
