Aaron Tate has over 20 years of work experience in software development and analysis. From 1998 to 2000, they worked as a Programmer at Intelecom Systems, Inc., where they designed and coded invoicing, file conversion, process control, and automated build/install software using Visual C++ and Perl 5.0. From 2000 to 2002, they worked as a Software Engineer at Computer Associates, Inc., where they debugged and created bugfix patches for various C/C++ and Java applications, web interface, and in-house server-side scripting as Level 2 Technical Support for Unicenter Service Desk. Aaron also developed various Perl scripts for automated patch installation, code synchronization, and other debugging procedures. From 2002 to 2004, they worked as a Software Analyst at Fidessa, where they created custom TCL scripts for database migration between Sybase databases for Bear Stearns and installed and customized server-side Fidessa Database Administrator software under Solaris for use with Sybase for Societie Generale and State Street Bank. From 2004 to 2007, they worked as a Senior Web Developer at Fragment, where they designed and developed the database and full infrastructure of the eLocal search directory sites (eLocalPlumbers.com, eLocalRoofers.com, etc.). From 2007 to 2011, they worked as a Senior Developer at eLocal.com – The Leaders In Pay Per Call, where they designed and implemented an automated invoicing and scheduled payment management system with various commissionable payment types using Ruby on Rails, a Pay for Performance system and related automated billing and notification, as well a tracking ledger for estimating related sales commissions using Ruby on Rails, and revenue tracking, account lifetime, and national multi-category activity estimation reports using PostgreSQL and Tableau.

Aaron Tate attended Russell Sage College from 1993 to 1995, where they studied Physical Sciences. Aaron then transferred to Stony Brook University where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from 1995 to 1998.
