Rituparna Chanda

Rituparna Chanda is currently serving as the CRM/CLM Manager at Eloelo, focusing on the development of the ConnectO app since March 2025. Prior to this role, Rituparna worked at AppsForBharat as a Content Strategist and Operational Lead, where engagement metrics were utilized for tracking user interactions from February 2023 to March 2025. At ShareChat, Rituparna held the position of Operation Lead, managing a team of 10 for creator onboarding in the Astrology and Devotion sectors and overseeing content strategy for Bengali and Odia languages. Rituparna's experience also includes roles at Trell, ByteDance, Opera, ETV BHARAT, and KHABAR 365 DIN MEDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, with responsibilities ranging from community management to content writing and video operations. Rituparna holds a Master’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of Calcutta and a Bachelor's degree from Maharaja Manindra Chandra College.
