David and his team help prospects and clients realize the value of Customer Engagement by leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. David has spent the past 21 years in the CRM industry consulting with organizations on improving and enabling better interactive marketing, sales and customer service solutions.
David has worked with a range of companies including General Cable, Microsoft, CB Richard Ellis, Humana, Convergys, PACCAR, Plante & Moran, Standard Pacific Homes, Tourism Whistler, Milton CAT and Nucor Steel in the areas of customer management strategies and implementations of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365. For the past 17 years, David has been solely focused on Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 and has been closely involved in all of the major beta programs and launches. David is certified in 1to1 consulting from the Peppers and Rogers Group.
In 2002, David helped start a professional services company that completely focused on delivering successful CRM engagements using Microsoft Dynamics CRM for the launch of the product into the market. In 2004, David started the CRM Practice at Ascentium Corporation and helped grow it to be the largest Dynamics CRM Partner worldwide by 2010. In 2010, David joined Zero2Ten and helped the firm become a three-time Microsoft Dynamics Cloud Partner of the Year before helping facilitate the acquisition and transition to Edgewater Fullscope in 2015. In 2018, David joined eLogic to lead the Business Solutions Group.
David received his Bachelor of Arts in Honors Business Administration at the University of Western Ontario, Canada and currently resides just outside of Seattle, WA.
