Flavia Lima possesses extensive experience in IT processes and project management, currently serving as a Consultora Especialista em Processos de TI at EloPar since February 2023. Prior roles include Gerente de Soluções - Client Delivery at Deloitte, where Flavia managed the largest ServiceNow client project in Latin America and led agile development teams. Additional experience includes a range of positions focused on ServiceNow consulting, project coordination, and service management across notable companies such as Aoop Cloud Solutions, ProV International, and Mars. Flavia holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Universidade Cidade de São Paulo and a degree in Business Management from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
