Education & Leadership Program (ELP) is a professional development initiative strengthening teaching quality, leadership capacity, and institutional effectiveness across Pakistan’s education sector.

We deliver CEFR, CPD, and NPST aligned workshops and intensive training for teachers, academic coordinators, school leaders, and trainers supporting licensing, CPD compliance, and sustainable school improvement. ELP empowers educators not only to teach, but to lead, mentor, innovate, and drive change in their schools and communities.
