Mike Appleton

Mike Appleton is the Chief Executive Officer of AI Crew Solutions (AICS). They previously led TA Connections as CEO from 2019 to 2020, and during that period they facilitated HC’s exit through its acquisition by Fleetcor (now Corpay) and continued as a division leader expanding into distressed passenger automation. They were tasked with merging HC with its main competitor to form TA Connections (TAC), which is now the industry’s largest and most respected company, and TAC is currently producing $140 million in ARR while HC and TAC have averaged over 25% CAGR under their leadership. Their career also included roles at Goldman Sachs, Wells Fargo, Town of Miami Lakes, and Credit Suisse, and they served as a board member at TrackMyShuttle from 2023 to 2025.
