Skyler Lash, CPLP, is currently the Vice President of Broker Engagement for North America at Elpha Secure, where they focus on cyber and technology errors and omissions. With experience in cyber claims, underwriting, sales, and business development, Skyler has also held roles as a Senior Claim Examiner at Chubb and a Territory Manager at Corvus Insurance. Their involvement in the Young Risk Professionals of Philadelphia, where they serve as a Director At Large, reflects their commitment to the industry. Additionally, Skyler has a background in coaching, having worked with youth athletes in football and served as an Assistant Football Coach at MIT. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Lafayette College in 2015.
