Sarah Fealey

Sarah Fealey is an experienced senior HR and OD professional currently serving as the Head of HR and Operational Support at Elrha, an independent subsidiary of Save the Children UK. With a career spanning various sectors including public, private, and non-profit, Sarah has demonstrated expertise in leading HR functions, strategic planning, and organizational design. They have previously held roles as HR/Business Strategy Manager at Shaw Trust and HR Manager at Mannion Daniels Limited, where they oversaw global HR operations. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Master of Science in Strategic HRM from Manchester Metropolitan University and the University of Gloucestershire, respectively.
