Avinash Daryanani

Avinash Daryanani has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Avinash started their career at Deloitte in 2005 as a Senior Consultant, specializing in electronic sourcing and procurement. During their time at Deloitte, they implemented SAP solutions for the Royal Mail and Lloyds TSB, among other projects.

In 2011, Avinash joined KPMG as an Executive Advisor, where they led global IT Outsourcing deals and project managed IT-enabled business initiatives. Avinash worked on projects such as managed network services for a US-based FMCG company and an IT infrastructure deal for a global pharmaceutical company.

After four years at KPMG, Avinash moved to The Berkeley Partnership in 2015 as a Management Consultant. Avinash delivered a financial business case with an NPV of £650m and implemented an internal portal for knowledge management and HR systems.

Later in 2015, Avinash took on the role of Operations Director at Boiler Room, where they coordinated and improved global operations. Avinash implemented workflows and processes to integrate teams and led special projects, including a virtual reality partnership with Inception VR.

In 2017, Avinash joined TSB Bank as a Project Manager, and in 2018, they moved to Lloyds Banking Group as a Project Lead. At Lloyds, they managed a central team and coordinated implementation activities for a strategic commercial banking program.

From 2019 to 2022, Avinash returned to Deloitte, initially as a Product Manager and Scrum Master, leading the Surveillance Grid proposition for financial institutions. Avinash managed product roadmaps and client opportunities and delivered the Market Abuse app for an investment management firm. Later, they transitioned into a role as a Delivery Manager and Scrum Master.

In 2022, Avinash joined Elsewhen as a Delivery Manager.

Avinash Daryanani completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer & Management Sciences from the University of Warwick between 2002 and 2005. In 2008, they obtained a Certificate in Business Accounting from the Chartered Institute of Management Accounting (CIMA). Later on, between 2009 and 2012, Avinash pursued a Graduate Diploma in Purchasing and Supply from the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS). In 2018, they also obtained the PRINCE2® 2017 Foundation & Practitioner certification from PeopleCert.
