Peter Kovacs

Peter Zsolt Kovacs is a highly passionate and experienced software testing leader with over ten years of experience in the field. He began his career as a software test engineer in 2013 and has since made significant contributions to the industry.

Although Peter graduated from Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE) with a degree in Geographic Information Systems and Cartography, he discovered his passion for software testing early on and has been devoted to the field ever since. While he has experience as a team leader and test manager, his true passion lies in coding and test automation.

In addition to his managerial responsibilities, Peter is an accomplished test engineer who enjoys hands-on coding and test automation. He possesses a strong command of cutting-edge test automation frameworks, including the Javascript-based test framework for UI E2E tests and backend RESTful APIs.

Peter's expertise lies in software testing, test management, and test automation. He holds multiple certifications from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB), including the advanced level for test managers and the agile tester. These certifications validate his extensive knowledge and proficiency in the field.
