The team also includes specialized roles such as the Billfold Captain and Greeter, who enhance attendee interactions and overall event efficiency.

The Operations and Management team at Elsewhere oversees the daily functioning of the venue, ensuring seamless coordination of events and optimal guest experiences. The General Manager leads strategic planning and supervises the broader operations, while the Full-time Operations Manager and Operations Manager handle scheduling, logistics, staff management, and on-site problem-solving.
