Ben Pfeffer is currently an Investor at Elsewhere Partners, focusing on B2B software companies by providing transitional capital and transformational expertise. In 2023, Ben founded The Career Kickstarter with the goal of assisting 10,000 young professionals in advancing their careers. Previously, Ben served as the Director of Development at Notley, where the mission involved catalyzing the growth of organizations contributing to social good. At West Monroe, Ben worked as a Customer Solutions Consultant, partnering with organizations to implement technological and operational changes. Ben began the professional journey as a Venture Analyst Intern at Next Ventures, LP, a venture capital firm focused on the sports, fitness, nutrition, and wellness markets.
