Marcella D.

Marcella D. is an experienced professional in the fields of learning and development, currently serving as a Facilitator at the Association for Talent Development (ATD) since April 2023 and as a Virtual Producer at Elsie since May 2021. Previously, Marcella held the position of Learning Leader at Cerner Corporation from 2015 to 2018, where responsibilities included developing strategies for client learning outcomes, managing projects, and building client relationships. Prior to that, Marcella worked as a Learning Consultant at Siemens from 2000 to 2015, focusing on the analysis and delivery of healthcare IT systems and professional development.
